Link Japan Careers is looking for a Director to join our team in the United States and work with us to place talented people into rewarding positions in the Japanese educational sector.


As a Director, your tasks will focus on all aspects of business development, operations, and delivery of capable teachers to LJC in Japan. You will be in charge of functions such as budgeting, HR, quality assurance, staffing, scheduling, compliance, marketing, and representing LJC as the company spokesperson in the US.


Please note that this is a position located in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. It is not a remote work position and requires the candidate to be able to relocate to the greater Salt Lake City area.

Our office:



  1. Possess the necessary abilities and qualifications for the position
  2. Able to work in the US, either as a US citizen or permanent resident
  3. Able to relocate to Salt Lake City, Utah, USA
  4. Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, or higher degree holder
  5. Previous management experience in a Japanese business environment

Successful candidates may also have:


 -experience living and working Japan, especially in the education or recruiting industries

-a valid driver’s license

-Japanese language ability (conversational and above)
